    University degree preferably in the area of economic studies
    Excellent analytical skills
    High commitment, drive for results, can do attitude, good negotiation skills
    Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
    Good level of English language
    Very good communication skills and fit to work as a team player in a dynamic environment
    Focus on continuous learning end personal development
    Driving license


    Accountable for developing the promotional activity plan ( color brands ) while manage the execution of the budget, trade activities across IKA clients. Accountable for promotional reconciliation at the end of promo period providing also the final evaluation of promo efficiency.
    Transposing the marketing strategy into sales action plans by developing concept for In Store promotion and activities to enhance consumer experience.
    Design customized projects for customers / brands (exploit local opportunities & harmonize with marketing )
    Prepare the monthly planograms for color brands
    In store checking of promo activities implementation - monthly store check
