Job role

• One of your main tasks will be operational financial controlling of the Customer Platform Services, e.g. ABS, oneWeb etc. Furthermore you will define and trace the implementation of savings, handle ordering processes (procurement) as well as approve and monitor costs.
• Budgeting and forecasting will also be part of your role. Other tasks include pricing, charging, operational invoicing (create, send out, align, track invoices), and formal reporting. In addition you will act as a process designer within the pillar Customer Platform.

Responsibilities

·         Conduct operational financial controlling of services and projects;

·         Support budgeting and forecasting exercise and prepare required formal reporting;

·         Handle ordering processes (Procurement);

·         Conduct pricing, charging and invoicing;

·         Involve and collaborate with CP budget responsible and AMOS Finance;

·         Design / enhance internal processes within Customer Platform;

·         Demand management for further development of services / products.

Requirements

·         Very good academic degree/qualification, preferably in business administration, economics, engineering or similar fields;

·         Relevant work experience in Controlling or similar activity. International financial operations controlling experience is a plus;

·         Capable of structuring, mapping and analyzing complex set of data. Excellent VBA and SQL skills;

·         High affinity for Insurance Operations and / or IT;

·         Fluent in English is a must, additional language skills is a plus.

Skills

·         Strong conceptual capabilities and positive, result-oriented "can do" mentality;

·         Team player with well-developed social and communication skills and cross-cultural experience;

·         Excellent skills in MS Excel (VBA), MS Access Database and MS PowerPoint;

·         Excellent business English;

·         SAP Skills (Fi/Co) are appreciated.
