Skills and experience required

As well as being able to demonstrate a proven track record in a sales role, the successful candidate will be able to show that they have:
• B2B sales experience OR be a graduate with a strong desire for a career in sales
• Passion and enthusiasm with a focus on achieving targets
• Good communication skills with a clear professional attitude
• Good listening skills and the ability to identify critical information quickly

Successful sales candidates would have a background in B2B sales, the ability to build rapport with potential clients and be target driven. This role holds the responsibility of seeing each deal through to completion, from lead generation and creating quotes to closing the sale, so a can-do attitude along with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships with clients to maximise sales potential is essential.
