    University Studies
    Relevant experience in production processes and/or logistics area
    Basic knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management area
    Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP
    English language - advanced level
    Independence, optimism, open to learn new things
    Improvements and problem-solving oriented
    Analytical thinking, solution-oriented
    Good communication skills; ability to lead and motivate


    Purpose of the role:

    Work in a team environment as a key resource for the component teams to develop new supply sources which improve cost competitiveness and be the conduit between the company and the supplier. Work on multiple phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion.


    Conduct product/process verification and validation according to: engineering principles, company procedures/policies, customer requirements and related specifications
    Develop new procedures and methods related to manufacturing of products or process
    Work closely with Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Sales and Customer Service to support, design & implement product improvements
    Develop new suppliers, new manufacturing procedures and product enhancements
    Implement product improvements targeting product cost, quality and performance
    Directly interface with customer and suppliers on technical, delivery and costing items
    Initiate changes for cost effectiveness and product consistency
    Sourcing, negotiating and buying of goods, materials and services to meet the Company’s operational requirements
    Research external market information and entrepreneurial companies to identify potential sources and suppliers
    Drive improvements utilizing Lean methodologies
    Provide leadership during investigations of special projects, focusing on developing working relationships in the supply chain, with regard to product development and procurement of parts
    Responsible for leading the solution regarding component concerns, driving APQP, PPAP, customer interaction, supplier interaction, VA/VE support, supplier component development&approval and supplier cost improvements
    Keep up with current trends and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality
    Lead continuous Improvement activities
