Responsibilities
- Supervision and leadership of Finance Controlling Support Team – Global Platform Pillar
- Responsible for ensuring the team is consistently delivering work to the standards the department expects
- Ensuring that the team is always working on the highest priority work and is aware of the priority
- Ensuring the team is collaborating closely with our customers and understands their requirements
- Half yearly evaluations and development plans
- Supporting and steering the team for improvement initiatives
- Organizing team activities in order to have business continuity according to the KPIs of timeliness and quality (i.e. ensuring back-up for tasks during off-times)
- Preparing and providing standardized SAP reports for Global Platform Pillar Controlling and Service Owners regarding: Plan / Forecast (incl. FTE)
- Analysis of deviations to Plan/FC in P/L, Costs and Revenues
- Ensure completeness and correctness of monthly revenues and costs; ‘Cost & Revenue Verification (CRV)’ support
- Handle requests for Service Owners as a result of CRV outcome
- Handle and maintain the CRV feedback
- Complete quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio
- Proactively highlight & escalate delivery risks and issues to senior management -providing an independent view of project and programme health
- Ensuring that the costs are charged to AMOS customers
- Performing ad-hoc analysis
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint;
- Finance studies;
- Financial analysis knowledge/ Controlling support activities -minimum 2 years of experience;
- Team Leading experience - min. 1 year
- Fluent in English, must be able to hold presentations and lead meetings in English
