    Intercompany Price Analyst


    You will be responsible for:

    • Upload of correct and adequate intercompany prices ( outbound, inbound and costs) in close collaboration with J&J marketing affiliates and worldwide franchises
    • Maintain ICP inbox & timely answer the queries
    • Perform annual intercompany price load together with following detailed analysis of correctness
    • Monitor completeness, accuracy and consistency of Intercompany prices in global reporting system (STRIVE) as well as in invoicing system (JDE 8.12)
    • Calculate prices of kits
    • Support ICP related aspects of projects (e.g. on boarding of new warehouses and franchises) and provide ad hoc analyses and reports
    • Document analyses, controls and reports in accordance with J&J policies and procedures (SOX)
    • Actively support continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and speed of ICP processes
    Your accountabilities will be:
    • Ensure that all requests and queries are timely processed and answered making sure that all deadlines are met
    • Make sure that Key Performance Indicators are delivered within the targets
    You will reports to:
    • Inventory & Supply Chain Team Lead
    Your main Customers or Contacts will be:
    • Inventory Team Lead & peers from other streams of the team
    • J&J marketing affiliates & worldwide franchises & sourcing companies
    • Global Strive Team
    • GMED – main customer & warehouse (finance analysts)
    • Product Master teams
    • JDE Support Team

    Qualifications

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    • MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required)
    • Financial & accounting background
    • Experience in working with ERP system
    • Intermediate level of written and oral English
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Stress resistant – able to work under preassure
    • Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
    • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with all the stakeholders
    • Very good team player, assertive and result oriented
