    INTERCOMPANY ANALYST - PRAGUE
     
    What is it all about?
    As Accounts Receivable Analyst - or Intercompany Analyst in our terminology - you would take care about Accounts Receivable activities for our Warehouse. Even though our main warehouse is in Belgium, we are doing the financial tasks from our office in Prague.

    What will you do as  Intercompany Analyst?
    • Creation of invoices for Intercompany suppliers & customers
    • Raising  and releasing Sales Order/Purchase Order  in SAP  Lynx
    • Communicating charges to affiliates & resolve any discrepancies
    • Ensure alignment  between affiliates and Customer Service/Sourcing
    • Process  finance adjustments from Warehouse, affiliates and Sourcing
    • Correcting and communicating charges with incorrect VAT
    • Match invoices  with goods received
    • Price variance, quantity variance and foreign exchange rate differences
    • Communicating variances with controlling team
    • Request corrective invoices for substantial quantity difference
    • Prepare monthly reconciliations of statements
    • Book accruals to statement
    • Communication of the balance to the business partners
    • Preparation of Aging report
    • Performing of closing activities
    • Closing Accounts Payable & Receivable ledgers
    • Execution of various supporting reports
    • Reconciliation of owned accounts
    Accountabilities
    • Ensure that all requests and queries are timely processed and answered
    • Making sure that all deadline & KPI’s are delivered
    • Cooperate with peers and Intercompany senior analyst on process improvements & perform related tests for new projects

    Qualifications

    We mainly look for someone who is passionate about finance and who wants to be learning every day something new. Being Intercompany Analyst is very complex job, so learning it takes some time and every day you can be surprised by something new. What skills are we looking for besides passion?
    - Academic backround in finance and accounting or economics
    - Experience from finance related job for around 1 year
    - MS Excel: advanced (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables - required)
    - SQL or JD Edwards knowledge is an advantage
