    Senior Inventory Analyst
     

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and analyze Sales orders  through financial statuses, which went into error  due to various reasons (technical, finance, business)
    • Fulfill issue log (issue tracking tool) with all issues identified and chase solutions  together with completeness of all information
    • Identify root causes of repeating issues and suggest solution
    • Review  Intercompany Netting and solve related issues
    • Prepare monthly  overview reports for local finance teams
    • Transit accounts reconciliation (both Affiliate & GMED books) – investigation and review of issues
    • Coordinate specific tasks: proforma, cross-company bookings, inventory reconciliation & fixed assets
    • Review the processes and drive improvements together with standardization
    • Provide trainings to new joiners
    • Act as source of knowledge for other team members and departments
    • Proactively and timely answer queries from all stakeholders

    Accountabilities

    • Ensure that all End customer orders are timely processed and posted into GL by month end making sure that sales recognition terms are met
    • Maintain all related documents for the process and update them accordingly including Compliance part (Roles & Responsibilities, SOP , work instructions etc.)
    • Make sure that Key Performance Indicators are delivered within the targets
    • Organize testing for new processes/acquisitions
          Qualifications
    • Financial & accounting background at least Bachelor degree
    • Minimum one year of experience as Inventory Analyst
    • Proficient level of oral and written English
    • JDE 8.12 and SQL advanced knowledge
    • Strong MS Office skills mainly Excel
    • Stress resistant – able to work under pressure
    • Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
    • Very good team player, assertive and result oriented
    • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
    • Propose areas for improvement
