    CUSTOMER SERVISE REPRESENTATIVE WITH FRENCH
     
    Role Overview
     
    This role is to ensure uninterrupted supply of healthcare products from the Johnson & Johnson diabetological portfolio to hospitals and pharmacies.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Control, supervision and management of customer orders
    • Tasks and problems solving, answering to customers inquiries, resolving problems reported
    • Administration related to statistics and databases in JD Edwards system
    • Communication with clients (hospitals, pharmacies, diabetological centres and distributors) in France and French overseas departments.
    Qualifications
    • Native/Profficient French spoken and written
    • Fluent English spoken and written
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Advanced communication skills
    • PC skills on advanced level (mainly Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Previous experience from customer service for minimum 1 year
