    CUSTOMER & TENDER SPECIALIST

    Role Overview

    The Customer & tender specialist is responsible for coordinating customer inquiries (retail/hospital) and customer debt collection. Also accountable for tracking & managing tender processes initiated at national/local level by any authority involved in drug acquisitions.

     
    You will have the following areas of responsibility
    • Managing the DTP (direct to pharmacy) customers – debt collection & administrative procedures related to assignment of receivables with local medical insurance houses
    • Monitoring the clients assignments (AEGRM) and investigation and resolving of complex customer complaints regarding billing and product supply issues. 
    • Maintaining accurate customer records in compliance with company standards and collaborating with finance department, commercial managers, supply chain and other business functions to ensure alignment and the best client approach
    • Identifying the appropriate key customers and mapping the existing business relationships; establishing and building effective and productive business partnership with key customers
    • Tracking and monitoring electronically local/national tender processes, analyse & prepare the necessary tender documentation and official answers to involved authorities when required 
    • Managing customer service for tender involved parties and solving any potential inquiries or additional requests and active participation in tenders in process (some travelling required)
    • Bringing new ideas to improve the commercial approach, innovativly find ways to challenge the status quo, anticipate and shape industry and market changes 
     
    Qualifications
    Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
    • University degree (preferably economics/finance)
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • 3 years experience with public acquisition / tenders of pharmaceutical products
    • Experience in managing debt collection and assignment of receivables with retail pharmacies
    • Qualifications in Public Acquisition / Tenders is a plus (certified by an appropriate authority)
    • S.E.A.P certifications may be an advantage
    • Very good knowledge with Microsoft Excel
