    IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The Delivery Center is part of a global network of 80 similar centers and uses the best IBM methods of work, global processes and techniques. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

    Requirements


    The ideal candidate should have:


    · Attention to detail
    · Analytical thinking - ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner
    · Ability to clearly present information, especially to non-financial staff members.
    · Financial knowledge
    · Good communication skills to speak to a range of people both senior and junior.
    · Capable of managing time to meet deadlines.
    · Language requirements – English – written and oral.
    · Technology skills – MS Office incl. Excel and Word.



    Responsibilities

    2nd and 3rd line support for a client (UK) - no shifts & weekends
    To update joiners / leavers for 5 Operating Companies on Business Systems apps
    To liaise with all 5 Operating Companies Finance / Security contacts to obtain and maintain required access data, and obtain written authorisation to make any changes.
    To maintain on Business Systems Apps and Timesheet systems on a daily basis.
    To liaise with all staff to answer access or systems queries.
    To centrally administrate all Group's bespoke financial and media apps ie Late Booking Report, PostBox and Credit Control Applications. Additional Apps may be required as Group evolves.
    To deal with requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system on a daily basis
