Field Service Engineer

• A technical Medium Vocational level degree (or level obtained through experience)
• Comprehensive troubleshooting skills in the electronics and mechanical area
• Work experience as a service engineer or maintenance engineer, preferably in the automotive- or mechanical engineering industry
• Able to make small reports in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiar with 8D/ 4M/ 5W2h
• Good communication skills
• A driver’s license and preferably a car
• Flexible to work at customer locations and from home (customer are mainly based in the Birmingham & Oxford region)
• Flexible in working times (mainly dayshifts, but early or late shifts could occur)

As a Field Service Engineer you will provide field technical support for the automotive customers in the UK. You will solve quality issues related to repair, service and warranty issues of sun roof systems for passenger cars
