-At least 1 year experience in Project Management tools and methodology
-At least 1 year experience in Finance/Accounting/Operations
-At least 1 year experience in MS Office skills (especially Excel)
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Team Working Skills
-An organized approach
-Ability to learn fast
- Assist in Project Documentation creation
- Review and update Project Documentation
- Keep the project task plan up-to-date
- Keep track of project financials (budget, claim, travel costs, invoicing)
Working with Project Team members
- Assist the team and offer support, as necessary, to keep the project on track
- Assist in driving the project to completion, as scheduled
-Attending Meeting and Conference Calls
Reporting Project Status to Management
- Create reports, charts etc. for reporting project status to management.
-Occasionally assuring technical support for Clarity.
