Hub Admin with English

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Hub Admin with English language.

Requirements:

- University degree – economics or financial;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- IT Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), working with databases, etc.;
- Clear and concise communication;
- Organized and pro-active attitude;
- Comfortable having work reviewed and receiving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining day to day administrative duties including data input, taking calls, writing letters and communications, advising, invoicing, supporting the staff, organising the office diaries and calendars, liaising with partners, providing customer service when necessary and supporting the Managers;
- Provide an efficient and responsive administration service including providing support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation;
- Invoice customers and liaise with the finance department whilst maintaining appropriate spreadsheets and data information.
