    Requirements

    • 3-5 years experience in IT application support activity (department IT of Bank, BPO or SSC IT)
    • IT knowledge – Polytechnic/ preferably Computer Science, Cybernetic
    • Project management knowledge
    • IT background (IT High school or Cybernetics)
    • Knowledge of technical architecture: 3-tiers, Web, Citrix
    • Knowledge of standard OS: Windows, Linux
    • Knowledge of SGBD: SQL Server, Oracle
    • Knowledge of Transact SQL
    • Medium to advanced level of French
    • Advanced level of English

    Responsibilities

    1. Technical second level support on production incidents:
    • Guaranteeing the technical second level support regarding the availability and quality of accounting production by assisting the support team for users and intervening in managing the relationship with the IT provider

    2. Implementing the developments/ evolution:
    • Analyze the Business and Functional requirements and elaborate the Technical specifications
    • Elaborate the test strategy and define the technical test plan
    • Ensure the follow up in post-production
    • Follow-up of the accounting plan and the application development plan
    • Implementation the roadmaps published by the editors of the software packages perimeter (eg regulatory changes)

    3. Project management:
    • Ensuring and maintaining a good relationship with the software publishers, the technical integrator and other parties
    • Support the Project Manager in implementing the technical scope of the accounting applications and in particular on technical evolution projects
