HR Generalist Support Associate - Internship Position

• Student in terminal year(s) of study (preferably Human Resources Master’s Degree);
• Motivation to learn and develop as professional in Human Resources area;
• Good planning & organizing skills;
• EHS knowledge represents a plus;
• Attention to details;
• Good communication skills (written & spoken);
• Computer skills: MS Office; (ERP knowledge – represents a plus);
• Good English knowledge (written & spoken).

The incumbent is responsible for providing support in HR-related activities, the main focus being in: Talent Management, Recruitment and EHS.
Additionally, the position holder will have the opportunity to gain knowledge on HR processes (HR Business Partnering, Training, Compensation, Employer Branding).

Paid internship.
Trainings offered:
o 1 day induction about company & internship program
o On-the-job training

Commitment:
5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: July 1st – September 30th 2017

Location:
JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
