The ideal candidate should posess:
- Very good German and English language skills, creativity and strong communication abilities
- Responsibility to work remotely for an international team, prompt response to requests
- Experience as administrative, team or management assistant
- Experience in management consulting is a plus
- Affinity for new office technologies
- Good analytical skills and quick comprehension
- Structured approach of daily tasks, team player
- Customer-oriented and reliable
- MS Office Tools at an advanced level

The team assistant holds a key role within the subcontracting management team supporting in the following areas:
- Contract management – monitor, review and support the contract management process, ensure all process steps are followed by all involved parties (managers validate content, Legal department reviews contract clauses, etc.
- Company External Management (CE management = hiring external people ) provide support for external contractors regarding access to internal tools, SAP data maintenance, forward requests to service desk for remote access, hardware.
- Invoicing – invoice proofing: check if the invoice is correct and has a corresponding contract, liaise with the engagement Manager, who approves the content (number of hours billed).
- Reporting - regarding contract management, how many contracts are being handled, what is the status, same for CE mgmt., how many requests, how many invoices, reporting is done also by using JIRA to track bugs of the contract management tool
- User trainings – for engagement managers on OC2 tool (used for CE mgmt.). Regular sessions one a month.
- Documentation - to support process documentation required by ISO certification.
- Planning, implementation, coordination and controlling of daily administrative activities of the department
