    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    - minimum 2 years experience in personnel administration and payroll
    - familiar with payroll procedures
    - strong experience with country specific fiscal law, social security law and local practice of it
    - basic knowledge in the areas labor law and collective agreement law
    - preferably SAP HCM Software knowledge for modules PA, OM, PY and PT
    - attention to detail

    - pro-active and self-motivated
    - quick learner
    - analytical thinking
    - versatile, flexible and team player
    - stress resistant
    - fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English

    Responsibilities

    - administration of country payroll accounting (salary payment, posting, third party liabilities)
    - monitoring data quality for payroll
    - service provider for local HR Business and Service Partners and employees
    - contact person for employees and authorities regarding tax, social insurance and pay related questions
    - supporting the preparation of the monthly/yearly closing procedures, the annual financial Statement
    - internal and external audits
    - ensure compliance with legislation and local agreements
    - working with HR tools and Systems, esp. SAP HCM
    - cooperation with other teams in the shared service center
