Industrialization engineer

 a minimum of 5+ years of experience;
 degree in Material Science or Mechanical engineering;
 experience in manufacturing processes: machining, casting, molding, forming, joining;
 strong experience in product industrialization;.
 professional use of CAD/CAM tools;
 applied knowledge in Continuous Improvement: Lean, 6 Sigma and Kaizen;
 English advanced level is mandatory, Italian would be an advantage;
 developed communicational and interpersonal interaction skills as well as strong problem solving and analytic reasoning abilities;
 availability for job interest travelling for small periods of time.

 plan and implement process-engineering activities for new product development and current product support;
 design and implement manufacturing processes and systems;
