For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with English language.
Customer Service Representatives operate in a business environment for European distribution channels, in a multicultural and multilingual enviroment which develops continuously. He has the responsibility to provide support and to provide quality care to both internally and to external customers.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Team player;
- Excellent communication skills;
- IT Knowledge: good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), working with databases, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of clients and owns the interface with customers;
- Receives orders and forwards them to the back office;
- Monitors the orders form expected shipping date to delivery, invoicing and claims (in any);
- Takes the necessary actions to deliver orders in accordance with agreed performance indicators and the needs of the sales department;
- Maintains a high level of customer/retailer satisfaction via proactive communication and an increased data accuracy;
- Applies and actively uses internal and external processes and provides support for questions received from customers;
- Provides verification, functionality, business control and compliance with audit aimed at securing the company from a financial standpoint;
- Provides processes optimization and knowledge sharing between all parties involved in the process;
- Acts as contact point for the collection and distribution departments, finance department, customer support department.
