    Requirements


    • Fluent in written and verbal German (B1-B2)
    • English – B2
    • Availability and willingness to travel (for business reasons)
    • Proficient in Excel, (SAP would be a plus)
    • Superior education studies (Bachelors)
    • +1 year year experience in procurement / billing / data management
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Solid understanding of general billing
    • Strong analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret contractual agreements data
    • Prior transition experience is a plus
    • Procurement background would be an advantage
    • Experience in logistics is an advantage
    • Experience with ERP's is a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the portfolio of clients by analyzing contracts and extracting key contract conditions;
    • Verify if the requisition is accurate and the information is updated, as per agreement;
    • Participate to the testing phase of the ERP;
    • Make sure that the billing is accurate;
    • Collate and extract data, produce schedules, summaries etc;
    • Availability to provide ad-hoc analysis and summaries of information;
    • Identify data inadvertencies and investigate for solutions;
    • Document job aids for BPO teams and hand-over procedures;
    • Assist BPO teams when issues occur;
    • Prepare reports;
