    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - Degree in Technical Field is an advantage

    - At least 1 year of experience in a costumer oriented role

    - Experience in a sales environment – advantage

    - Language skills in English, additional languages: Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian

    - Decision making competences and reliable negotiation skills

    - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

    - Outstanding organization and planning skills

    - Cross-cultural skills

    Responsabilitati

    - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships via the phone and email

    - Initiating sales processes by scheduling appointments

    - Making initial presentations, and understanding account requirements

    - Understanding and adequately conveying the value added services that Smith has to offer

    - Negotiating price with customers and keeping up with market trends

    - Interfacing with Smith’s Purchasing team

    - Functioning as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

    - Guaranteeing timely and successful delivery of Smith’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
