    Your contribution to something big
     

    •Active involvement in the specific activities required by implementation of the Assisted Buying Hotline processes;

    • Designing Assisted Buying Hotline processes;

    • Preparing and validating process manuals;

    • Verifying status or Purchase Orders, delivery delays;

    • Providing 1st level support for escalations with suppliers;

    • Performing changes in Purchase Orders;

    • Preparing the activity reports.

    What distinguishes you
     

    • Very good IT skills( MS Office), SAP;

    • Proficient in German and English;

    • Customer oriented;

    • Excellent communication skills, persuasion;
