Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Economics
International environment incl. intercultural expertise desired
Excellent knowledge of service management processes
Good with Microsoft Excel and experiences with Sharepoint
Logical thinking and good skills in linking data sets with Excel or other tools of choice
Practical experience as Financial Controller

Skills
High degree of self organization and autonomous working style
High flexibility, team skills, reliability, resilience and organizational talent
Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems independently
Fluent English; German language skills are a plus

Job role
We are looking for a Financial Controller for the EMS as well as the Mobile Device Hardware service, who will plan the costs and revenues of the service, forecast during the year and align with customers on charging and processes besides many more things connected to the commercial topics of the service.

Responsibilities
Match data from different sources for continual charging to customers
Take care of monthly charging / billing to customers based on a manual process
Continuous controlling of revenues and costs connected with regular forecasting to ensure P&L target
Processing of invoices and conducting connected budget / spend approval processes
Making sure charging and invoicing to customers works and is accepted by customers
Integrate in overall Workplace planning & controlling
Collaborate with and support for other commercial service managers within WPS
