Recruiter – trainee

And we are doing so by personally knowing the candidates and the companies, evaluating them thoroughly and then searching what fits them best.

As the spring is the season of the new beginnings, we are looking for a trainee that is willing to learn and start a career in human resources.

What do we want from you?

- University degree (or in progress) preferably in Human resources/Psychology;
- PC skills: MS Office, etc.;
- Very good communication and interaction skills;
- Advanced English knowledge (both written and spoken).

What you will have to do?

- Offer support in the recruitment processes;
- Targeted research in order to find the best candidates profiles;
- Post media advertisements;
- Schedule interviews with the selected candidates;
- Maintain and update the candidate databases.
