Training Coordinator with English

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Training Coordinator with English language.

As a training coordinator, you will be part of a team that is responsible for implementing new instruments, proceses or capabilities that directly impact sales activities and the operations that run in the background.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience on similar roles;
- Experience in project management;
- Coordination abilities;
- Knowledge about change management;
- Experience in working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Knowledge about generating and administrating reports in MS Excel;
- English at an advanced level.

Responsibilities:

- Establishing a training strategy by creating a training plan, selecting appropiate methods for each identified need, objective and type of audience;
- Monitoring active training programs;
- Delivering internal and external training sessions;
- Analyzing the training process, taking into considerations indicators such as the final results of program, their progress, the rate of participation etc. and reporting the analysis to the interested parties;
- Have a good understanding of the instruments and processes that are going to be implemented;
- Adjusting and updating the training materials that are developed at a global level, acordingly with regional specifications;
- Coordinating the process of translating materials and the instrument’s functionalities;
- Coordinating the testing process of new functionalities.
