• At least B2 in spoken and written Italian;
• Experience in XML, SQL and Linux (Ubuntu);
• Graduate in a scientific field of study;
• Ability to write IT documentation e.g. FAQ etc;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise tasks;
• High level of attention to detail;
• Providing a meaningful report on your weekly activities;
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/ or MySQL an advantage;
• Disponibility to travel to Italy for a month for training.

• Bridging the gap between the final customer and the development team;
• Assisting travel agents and suppliers with their XML implementations;
• Inspecting and analysing XML transactions;
• Querying SQL databases;
