    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    - Proficiency in English
    - Min 3 years of work experience in training delivery
    - People management skills (dealing with groups of trainees)
    - Independence in taking decisions – ability to handle tasks with minimum supervision
    - Project management skills
    - Previous exposure to BPO/outsourcing environment would represent an advantage
    - Very good communication and customer service orientation
    - Capacity to assimilate and comprehend new processes concepts and procedures very fast
    - Coordination and organization skills
    - Problem solving attitude
    - Negotiation skills
    - Mastering MS office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)

    Responsibilities

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Provide high quality training programs for Wipro’s employees;
    - Asses and fulfill training needs in order to meet the company’s objective;
    - Act as a SPOC (single point of contact) for the designated account for any / all training related activities;
    - Coordinate transition related activities; work with the client and various stakeholders to ensure that process knowledge is documented and transferred to the operations team;
    - Deliver the training by using existing modules: Communication trainings (e.g. Telephone handling skills, Customer care) Domain Specific (Basis of accounting, Order Management overview etc), Process tools (Excel, SAP, etc);
    - Support internal clients in creating relevant training documentation: training plans, assessments/ tests, process overviews, overviews on process tools and any other content required by internal clients or department as per Wipro quality standards;
    - Run and analyze training needs for employees, and coordinate with other departments accordingly;
    - Ensure that all new employees go through the defined learning path for their respective roles, including tests, assessments and certifications;
    - Work with internal clients to bridge knowledge gaps - provide refresher, remedial and cross training for existing employees;
    - Handle all activities related to reporting, updating and sending the training related records required by the function/client.
