Must Have Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with data Network Connectivity Solutions, Network Design and Implementation;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with 2 or more of the following protocols: BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, IPSec, MPLS, ACL;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the use, installation, support and troubleshooting of Red Hat Linux environments;
• Experience with firewalls, VPN’s remote implementation & troubleshooting and problem resolution;

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent command of English language

Nice to have:
• Experience working on Cloud based connectivity solutions (AWS);
• Experience with WebSphere MQ, Oracle/MSSQL Database;
• Experience of working in a multisite environment;

The Infrastructure Technology Support will serve as a point of contact for all aspects related to Networking and Linux OS and will be responsible with providing the answers towards the requesting team (OS, Networking, Storage, Database, Developers, DevOps); will be responsible for assessing system requirements, designing connectivity solutions, help with installation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of all the systems/equipment/applications involved.

The person in this role must enjoy working as a liaison, using all his technical knowledge and collaboration skills in collaborating with support teams for all the involved areas, must use considerable judgement to determine the solution and understand the high impact of rushed solutions.

Activities:

• Troubleshooting network problems;
• Designing network solutions for new requirements;
• Integrating new application servers (standalone or in cluster) in Production or Non-Production environments;
• Monitoring network performance and completing network performance tuning;
• Day-by-day Red Hat Linux servers troubleshooting and support tasks;
• Perform security related tasks - configure SSO, install certificates;
• Design and operation of disaster recovery solutions;
• Monitoring & Management review of SAN usage;
