    Requirements

    Purpose
    In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the customer email program, acting as a project manager and a strategic lead, ensuring that email campaigns are successfully implemented from planning to execution.
    You will work with internal stakeholders along with creative resources to create a consumer focused approach to digital marketing communication.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Relevant experience in email marketing across all platforms.
    • Proven ability to develop innovative strategies and drive creativity while maintaining ROI.
    • Excellent business judgment and an ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once.
    • Creative and conceptual thinker able to develop innovative solutions to problems and leading edge design. Brings an editorial experience and point of view.
    • Strong brand understanding and ability to deliver a premium consumer experience.
    • Good understanding of eCommerce/Retail competitive business environment and consumer behavior.
    • Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently and consistent with Altex core principles and position in the market segment.
    • Strong collaborator with proven ability to partner and influence. Ability to work with various teams, personalities, and disciplines around a common vision.
    • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a similar field.
    • Minimum 3 years of email marketing experience including planning and execution, preferably with a retail company or equivalent experience.
    • Hand on experience with HTML and content management systems.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation technology and web analytics platforms.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
    • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.


    Responsibilities

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Develop and drive overall email marketing strategy. Develop short and long term channel roadmaps based on brand and channel strategy. Drive alignment with other marketing channels.
    • Responsible for channel financial and performance targets. Collaborate across the organization to maximize channel performance and drive improvements.
    • Collaborate with retail and marketing on customer acquisition initiatives, email strategy and targeting to ensure cross-channel alignment and optimal consumer experience.
    • Manage email calendar and identify key opportunities to maximize revenue potential and align with brand objectives.
    • Develop and oversee continuous email testing plans to improve KPIs.
    • Collaborate with marketing managers on email reporting and analysis. Leverage data to optimize future emails.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and consult with tech to implement solutions.
    • Collaborate with purchasing and retail team to activate on opportunities to drive product sell-through and achieve financial goals.
    • Responsible for creating omni-channel email programs based on customer development and lifecycle campaign designs. Partner with brand marketing team to understand and delivery against program briefs.
