Project Manager (PM)

For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing we are looking for a Project Manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree;
- 2-5 years of project management experience;
- PMP, PMI or other project management certification is a plus;
- Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting;
- Experience in IT/business operations;
- Proficency in English;
- Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive project management using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts;
-In-depth knowledge of company operational processes;understand how company systems are structured; know how on databases and reporting applications and solutions;
- Excellent communication skills (questioning, listening, presentation & negotiation skills);
- Strong ability to synthesize and convey knowledge & information, as well as to facilitate learning.

Responsibilities:

- Work on complex problems /projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple project and process success factors;
- Exercises independent judgment to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives;
- Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams;
- Manage the relationship and collaboration with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved BI solutions of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact;
- Communicate decisions and plans, project status, issues and workarounds, in order to achieve project goals with your team and the relevant areas business stakeholders, functions, or regions;
- Planning, managing and monitoring the important events following AGILE methodology and instruments/traditional methodologies of projects management.
