    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related area
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience of employee relations experience
    • Ability to multi-task and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
    • Preferred Retail and IT & C recruiting experience
    • Strong ability to foster innovative change and process
    • Must possess interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practice and principles including employment laws relative to recruiting
    • Ability to work and interact with all levels of employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct supervision
    • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to internal clients
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Responsibilities

    Requirements:

    • The Talent Acquisition Officer will design, develop, and manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruitment process for the organization and current requisitions, including candidate progression through the interview process

    • Effectively present Talent Acquisition strategies, projects, and initiative to both small and large audience of internal clients
    • The Talent Acquisition Officer will create and implement new and effective sourcing strategies for finding candidates through both traditional and non-traditional methods of recruiting, including: internet sourcing, direct recruiting, advertisements, networking, social media and career fairs
    • The Talent Acquisition Officer will review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting effectiveness
    • Partner with business and functional leadership, stakeholders, and HR Business Partners team to determine business staffing needs, produce forecasts and develop and implement an organizational recruiting strategy to hire top-quality professional candidates to meet talent acquisition goals
    • The Talent Acquisition Officer will review resumes, screen candidates, and present high caliber candidates to hiring managers
    • Extends offers to selected candidates and drives candidate onboarding
    • Serve as a support staff regarding employment, specifically related to appropriately following applicable local laws and regulations
