Skills:
Mandatory Technical studies (High school & Bachelor's Degree);
Fluency in English (other foreign language is a plus);
Dynamic, results oriented, with a positive attitude;
Good knowledge of Office Suite and ability to multi-task;
Organized person with excellent communication skills;
Qualifications and/ or direct experience are considered an advantage but not necessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
Update appointment calendars, schedule meetings/appointments and managing correspondence;
Editing and issuing internal taxi vouchers and handling internal travel requests (flight tickets, medical insurances, accommodation and transfers requests) ;
Greeting guests/ visitors and organizing official visits;
Assist procurement process as needed (recurrent purchases, shop purchases, etc.);
Keep up-to-date records of all H&S trainings, documents and ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation;
Carry out recurrent site inspections to check all equipment is installed correctly/safely and all needed H&S equipment is compliant with the legislation (fire extinguishers, exit paths signs, sirens etc.);
Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest maintenance and repairing works is done;
Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety policy, issues and risks;
Liaise with relevant authorities to organize mandatory H&S activities: fire drill, evacuation exercise etc.
