For our client, a company from the market research industry, we are looking for a Junior Qualitative Research Executive to join their research team.

Ideal candidate:

• Familiar with Projective techniques used for moderation;
• Basic understanding of marketing principles skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people from different background and levels;
• Very Good spoken & written English;
• Good computing skills especially in Microsoft Office;
• Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking;
• A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently;
• Dedication and good determination to meet deadlines;
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Sociology or equivalent.

• Design fieldwork materials – screening questionnaire and moderation guide so as to address effectively research objectives;
• Moderate focus groups and in-depth interviews;
• Assist and prepare qualitative proposals, reports and presentations so as to meet deadlines, quality standards and project objectives;
• Undertaking research in accordance with the ESOMAR Code of Conduct.
