    Requirements

    Multinational company offering consultancy and advice on taxation policy, fiscal representation and international HR management services, is expending its team in Romania with a Junior Accountant with solid English or French language skills.

    Candidate's ideal profile:
    - Minim 1-2 years in Accountancy;
    - Economical background (taxes courses);
    - Solid knowledge of Romanian fiscal legislation;
    - Advanced level of French or fluency in English language;
    - Good PC literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
    - Attention to details and punctiliousness;
    - High sense of responsibility.

    Responsibilities

    - Stay in touch with clients (ask for invoices /information / more details about operations and activities)
    - Check is invoices are correct from accounting point of view
    - Enter the invoices in our internal system and prepare VAT registers
    - Stay in touch with our foreign agencies (they may enter the invoices and agency in Romania may prepare VAT declarations on that basis)
    - Prepare VAT and Intrastat declarations in Romania
    - Stay in touch with fiscal administration in Bucharest for all kind of explanations and interformations claims
    - Preparing reports for managerial team on periodic basis.

    Other info

    Job location is in a modern office building in the 2nd District, Bucharest.

    Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 or from 09:00 to 17:00.

    The offered salary is above the market level.
