• Clear and effective communication in Spanish & English both verbal and written is a must;
• Advanced PC skills, experience in working with MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
• Very good communication skills
• Customer service oriented (previous experience is a plus)

• Candidate queries’ handling on wecareers
• Handling Facebook page for selection status queries
• Escalate issue/hot questions to leader or hiring specialist if needed
• Handle in special-case application screening (paper application/ top-management attention cases etc.)
• Creation of requisitions
• Post/Unpost requisitions
• Set up prescreening questions
• Update TALEO for each selection step
• Contact with agency for requisition handling
• TALEO support to other BUs
• Run TALEO candidates reports quarterly and yearly
• PPA check completion
• Send rejection letters if needed
• CV screening for all functions in one specific geography
• Send rejections after CV screening if needed
• Book accommodation upon request for the intern
