    Cerinte

    • University degree, preferable in IT;
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions;
    • Advanced business and IT knowledge, especially on the architecture & managing of Retail specific applications and their interconnection with various systems and ERPs;
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office applications;
    • Good knowledge of platforms and development technologies;
    • Good knowledge of SQL, Reporting System;
    • Basic knowledge of Share Point, Integration Services, IT infrastructure;.
    • Good level of management of services, application and costs;
    • Good Problem solving and Conflict Management skills;
    • Good communication and presentation skills;
    • Good Decision Making skills
    • Fluent English.

    Responsabilitati

    Scope of the position is to:
    • Ensure continuous operations within optimal parameters for all Retail applications.
    • Ensure the integrity of the data flow for all these applications.
    • Contribute to analyze the business requests and creation of specification for the development of the company’s applications, propose solutions for process optimization and for reducing the operational risks for retail and non-retail systems.
    • Offer support to the end-users from the Service Stations and HQs for all Retail applications
    • Implement and maintains new business processes/practices within local RIS (Local Retail Information System).

    Tasks and responsibilities:
    • Ensures continuous operation of the Local Retail Information System (LRIS) and related systems. Maintains the relationship with the LRIS maintenance service providers for solving operational issues.
    • Ensures the integrity of the data for the Retail network and HQ and other LRIS applications.
    • Analyzes and makes proposals for optimization of IT operations; contributes to issuing the specifications for developing LRIS systems/applications;
    • Supervises the processing of transactional data from HOS. Resolves all occurring issues in this area.
    • Supervise the proper functioning of LRIS interfaces with interconnected systems.
    • Provides end-users support, HQs for all LRIS applications;
    • Oversees the execution of recurring reports, generates ad-hoc reports;
    • Contributes to the implementation of local business initiatives with impact on LRIS;
    • Elaborates documentations and contributes to the training of LRIS users;
    • Ensures the local implementation of the IT strategies and policies requested from the group level.
