Job Description and responsibilities:

• Installation Implementation of IOT and mobile indoor networks
• Alignment of System Start Up with customer and network operator
• Execution of System Start Up
• Trouble shooting on system
• Securing of “go live” and customer approval
• Creation of required reporting and approval documents
• Escalation management during implementation phase
• Engineering activities for new equipments installation, extension, removal
• Engineering activities for new site integration on an existing infrastructure
• Delivers activities reports also from a remote location, provides regular feedback to the project team
• Interprets technical customer requests
• Propose solution to customer problems/needs
• Formulates detailed technical Questions in order to identify all the needs

Required experience, skills, education and attributes:

• Bachelor-/Master-Studies in Radio-Communication, (minimum studies of 6 semesters) or similar degree with demonstrable relevant work experience in the technical service area, coupled with a track record of success or University degree in Telecommunication
• Relevant experience in, operational or customer services discipline with experience of working directly with customers and suppliers
• Proven relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
• High quality and problem solution awareness
• Deep IT and System and Network knowledge
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical relationships convincing and conclusive
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
