    The Global HR Services team resides at the intersection between HR, IT and databases. We deal with HR data, the systems holding this data, the processes related to this data, and the interaction of users and stakeholders herewith.

    Candidate’s Profile


    Required

    Attention to details: Is efficient in working with multiple systems and spreadsheets with minimal errors
    Time management: Understands processes and systems, and how to get requests solved in timely matter
    Problem solver: Finds solutions to situations that don't fit into the regular processes
    Team player: Shows willingness to work within groups to achieve targets and objectives
    Initiative: Takes initiatives that make work more efficient
    Communication: Has excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and in writing
    MS Office: Has excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

    Is a plus

    Previous HR Operations experience
    Knowledge of Oracle HCM
    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros (VBA)

    Responsabilitati

    Job Responsibilities


    Data Management

    Maintains and updates the data contained in the HR database
    Loads data regarding job assignments and monetary compensation to the HR database, using specialized upload tools
    Maintains the salary ranges at the direction of the Compensation & Benefits team
    Handles maintenance for data regarding work time and leaves of absence
    Provides support for processes related to mergers and acquisitions
    Works closely with the Business/ Country HR to ensure the integrity of the HR data

    System Support

    Provides support to country HR, line managers and employees with regards to HR data and systems
    Delivers trainings to country HR regarding Oracle’s global HR tools, processes and procedures
    Acts as the first level support for HR applications, especially Oracle Fusion HCM

    Reporting

    Delivers standard or ad-hoc reports for senior HR Management and Country HR personnel

    Projects Involvement

    Participates in the development of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems
    Takes part in the creation and maintenance of methodologies, practices and procedures
