Abilitati bune de comunicare, atentie la detalii si gandire conceptuala;
Cunostinte generale de Resurse Umane;
Un nivel mediu de operare a suitei MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint).

Acorda suport in realizarea activitatilor specifice Departamentului Resurse Umane;
Administreaza corespondenta pentru Departamentul Resurse Umane;
Colecteaza si centralizeaza informatii in vederea intocmirii diverselor rapoarte;
Arhiveaza dosarele cu documentatia specifica;
Realizeaza screening-ul de CV-uri si programeaza interviurile.
