Marketing Operations Specialist

*Experience of Salesforce logistics preferred.
*Strong Analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyse complex data.

*Own key logistics functions for the Temenos MarketPlace (inbound lead processing, email administration, partner on-boarding, CRM & Website Analytics/Reporting).
*Execute content management activities on Temenos MarketPlace website, including page image/testimonial updates, banner management, community admin etc. with Product Marketing Manager.
*Manage in-bound leads and navigate the business to ensure leads are routed correctly.
*Produce regular lead/analytics reporting to accurately measure impact.
*Efficient management of in-bound MarketPlace leads through Marketing Automation systems.
*Updating operations process documentation as needed.
