*Experience producing technical documentation and user guides;
*Managed and delivered technical documentation to an online environment;
*Created developer content through blogs, demos, videos, and examples;
*Ability to thoroughly research and understand new software products;
*Technical background an advantage;
*Possess excellent skills in the English land be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design;
*Self-starter and ability to work independently;

Principal responsibilities:

*Research and translate technical information from/into manuals and/or web-based documents for specific users;
*Create new content and examples to engage end developers;
*Identify in advance the documentation needs, based on the product release schedule;
*Publish documentation in correspondence with established guidelines;
*Build and maintain the technical documentation style guides and standards;
*Develop, write and edit user manuals and technical guides for cloud platform products;
*Communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing;
*Champions the Temenos MarketPlace internally and externally;
