Experience:
- Prior experience in an international environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assisting CFO in planning, organizing daily demands by corresponding (email and telephone, drafting letters, minutes and correspondence to ensure accuracy and consistency);
- Preparing and editing general correspondence, reports and information requests;
- Keeping and updating the meetings calendar;
-Interacting directly, and on behalf of the CFO with board members, staff and other key members on matters related to the CFO;
- Sending the due notices, receiving and recording activity reports;
- Managing all logistics for domestic and international travels and handling expense vouchers;
- Participation in different projects for department’s development objectives and implementation of approved programs, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality requirements;
- Document management;
- Monitoring news and trending ideas in industry to provide valuable information to executives;
- Support CFO in reorganization and improvement of the activities in all AFC Romania departments (Administration, Planning and Controlling, Taxes, Finance-Insurance and Risk Control);
