University degree or higher in the IT or technical discipline along with solid occupational experience in the related field
7 years overall working experience and minimum 5 years of practical experience in Messaging
Intermediate project management skills
Intermediate command of English (written and spoken)
Microsoft MCSA (or equivalent) certification
Exchange 2010 MCITP (or equivalent) certification
Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Microsoft PKI, email encryption technologies

Maintains complex (multi-discipline/x-functional) IT Infrastructure Services according to defined SLAs + OLAs for allocated department specific services without guidance and monitoring for daily activity and for project activities, respecting the principles and rules in place
Applies independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements and gives guidance to more junior colleagues for problem solving / issue resolution
Identifies potential risks in area of expertise and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation
Maintain and develop Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), act as main technical resource for PKI during projects, design the infrastructure and respond to special request to customize the service
Maintain the email archiving solution (Veritas Enterprise Vault) as the main responsible for the health of the platform. Act proactively to improve the quality of this service and keep it in the agreed SLAs. Main technical advisor to eVault related topics
Act as a backup person for the email service (Microsoft Exchange) and replace this one during projects and initiative where technical advisory is needed
Responsible for the definition / scoping of a project work order including budgeting and calculation
Organizes a project according to company and Global Solutions guidelines and the project work order. This includes staffing projects together with the corresponding line managers
