Business Representative with Hungarian

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

 Degree in Technical Field is an advantage
 At least 1 year of experience in a costumer oriented role
 Experience in a sales environment – advantage
 Language skills in English, additional languages: Hungarian
 Decision making competences and reliable negotiation skills
 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
 Outstanding organization and planning skills
 Cross-cultural skills

 Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships via the phone and email
 Initiating sales processes by scheduling appointments
 Making initial presentations, and understanding account requirements
 Understanding and adequately conveying the value added services that the company has to offer
 Negotiating price with customers and keeping up with market trends
 Interfacing with the company’s Purchasing team
 Functioning as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
 Guaranteeing timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
