    Requirements

    - A high level of business acumen with strong facilitation skills.
    - Excellent communications skills- both verbal and written. Ability to communicate in a big group in a confident manner.
    - Experienced in all elements of managing training and collaborating with recruitment and operations teams
    - A strong team player and motivated, self-driven and quick learner
    - Able to quickly build and maintain relationships at middle management levels, both externally and internally.

    Responsibilities

    - Deliver quality training, globally, at all levels within the organisation as required and pro-actively.
    - Partnering with Operations Managers & teams, Heads of Services and HR and other Business stakeholders to:
    - Provide inputs and consult on the most effective means of course delivery & scheduling
    - Ownership of training plans that align to skills needs
    - Reviewing Training performance & development of SMEs ( where applicable)
    - Technical training to CCNA/CCNP level (or equivalent)
    - Conduct Root Cause Analysis for training issues and agree on Remediation and/or Action Plan
    - Review Key Projects and related training progress and performance ( as applicable)
    - For new sites build : Review New Hire Onboarding performance and resolve issues

    For New Hire training:
    - Planning with Operations and Recruitment for onboarding new hires
    - Conducting new hire trainings with SMEs
    - Conducting assessments and reporting results
    - Managing training logistics with other Business functions
    - Managing and reporting new hire training performance and issues to appropriate team manager.
    - Review training feedback and implement changes, provide coaching, feedback and update training content and/or plan accordingly.
    - Partnering with Quality teams to review results & trends , consult and plan for Refresher trainings
