    Cerinte

    At present, the EDUROM team is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Services Support for its client, a multinational company which activates in the tubular steel products industry. The customer service team will be a part of this organisation, located in Romania, and will provide a centralised service to customers and other work units.
    As this activity will be remote from sales offices and most units, relationships and communications will be largely handled by telephone (or Skype). Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a small team, meeting deadlines and often operating under their own initiative. This will be a multi language / multi cultural environment.

    Professional Requirements:
    The ideal candidate will:
    - Be educated to degree level
    - Have an excellent knowledge of MS — Office — particularly Excel
    - Be fluent in English and at least one other European language (French, German), on top of Romanian

    Responsabilitati

    Job description:
    This role is responsible for supporting the Sales Office Network in achieving the business plan for the Tubular Products offices in Europe. With a key focus on customer service, the role will oversee all order fulfillment activity, respond to customer post order enquiries and provide a full back office service.

    Duties will include:
    - All post-order management including order processing, confirmation, delivery scheduling, overdue material monitoring and cash collection
    - Management of vehicle appointments
    - Daily communication with customers.
    - Daily communication with mill colleagues in Romania, Poland and the Czech Republic and with sales offices across the European network
    - CRM order entry, data entry and statistics
    - Project documentation
