    Expected skills and experience:

    5+ years' working experience preferably in the similar role
    Fluent English both written and spoken is a must
    Good communication skills, either oral and written
    International experience will be appreciated
    Willingness to travel, if needed
    Economic background and degree, MBA is appreciated
    Autonomy ad ability to deal with remote team is welcomed
    Well time-organized person, discreet, precise and responsible

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Operation support for the processing of all type of payment transfer services and related activities
    Being responsible of Team resources
    Being responsible for all payment processes from identifying of need to build daily follow-up of process usage
    Building and directing payments product strategies
    Overseeing process and product management of payments products
    Supporting settlement processes on Nostro accounts
    Being in charge of resolving claims incurred in payments services
    Addressing complains related to payments, record keeping and filing of complains
    Being in charge application management role in the area of payments and payment interfaces
    Supporting investment and innovation in the field of payments
    Being in charge for support budgeting, reporting, planning, controlling of payment processes
    Updating process and contractual documentation of payments
    Application management role in the area of payments and payment interfaces with back-end Misys
    Being responsible for relationship development with Correspondent Banks
    Being in charge for compliance with payment scheme rules
    Reconciling support of accounting items and identifying outstanding items
    Creating and updating procedural instructions necessary for the operations of Department
