Networking and Security Support Specialist

* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Strong network implementation and troubleshooting skills
* Minimum 5 years hands on experience with networking implementation/support in at least the main areas (routing, switching, security) in datacenter and/or service provider environments
* Should be proficient mainly in Juniper technology but also other vendor's (F5, Cisco)
* Should be certified through OEM certifications at least at specialist level (JNCIS), professional preferred (JNCIP)
* Should be able to analyse complex networking problems and assist in large deployments
Nice to have:
* Scripting, automation skills
* Experience with network management software
* Expert level certified (JNCIE)
* Proficiency with other vendors: F5, Checkpoint, Cisco

Ticket based activity for implementing, managing and troubleshooting networking and security services based on Juniper devices (routers, switches, firewalls), deployed for several customers' solutions.
* review customer requirements
* prepare configuration templates, change plan
* create the change ticket, implement the change
* test/troubleshoot the end-to-end connectivity with the customer
* participate in customer enablement calls for different services (VPN, dedicated lines, MPLS)
