- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Experience in Real Estate (main) and Corporate/ M&A
- Member of Bucharest Bar
- The candidate must but fluent (writing and speaking) in English
- Fluency in one other European language will be considered as a strong asset

Job role and responsibilities
The future Real Estate & Corporate M&A Lawyer supports the delivery of legal advisory at highest legal standards regarding Real Estate and Corporate and M&A matters. Using a broad range of high quality experience on real estate & corporate transactions, with ambition and drive to take responsibility for the deals allocated and to ensure they are brought to a successful conclusion.

Key Accountabilities
- Reviewing & drafting lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements and pre-agreements related to lands;
- Experience with FIDIC contracts would represent a plus;
- Drafting Due Diligence report sections related to Real Estate and/or Corporate M&A;
- Reviewing & drafting various types of contracts and M&A related documentation, including sale purchase agreement, shareholders agreements, letters of intent, MoU, Term Sheet;
- Providing legal advice on general corporate matter, including preparing various documents required in the day-to-day activity of a company and for filing with the Trade Registry);
- Familiar with the ongoing requirements of the corporate environment including: attending general meetings of shareholders and meetings of the board of directors, discussions with the members of the boards of directors, etc.;
- Mentoring students/junior lawyers, coordinating them in order to ensure the delivery of their work at the requested quality and in timely manner.
